Holter Web is an independent marketing and design agency based in Hermosillo, Sonora. Our mission is to drive the evolution of companies in sectors such as construction, technology, corporate services, and impactful projects. We achieve this through branding, web development, strategic campaigns, and creative content that truly connects.
What we are looking for
We’re looking for strategic marketers passionate about optimization to join our network of collaborators and help us build campaigns that truly drive results.
This is a broad call, but we’re especially looking for profiles with expertise in one (or more) of these areas:
- Creating and managing campaigns in Meta Ads and Google Ads
- Optimization based on KPIs (CPL, ROAS, CTR, conversions, etc.)
- Planning and execution of sales funnels
- Advanced segmentation and remarketing
- Data analysis and continuous improvement of results
We’re looking for strategically minded people who understand the customer journey and how to turn data into smart decisions. If you understand that a campaign is about more than just clicks, and you’re motivated by seeing how every penny invested yields maximum returns, we want to meet you.
Compensation
This is a remote position, although if you’re in Hermosillo and prefer to collaborate in person, we can also discuss that.
We offer fair and competitive compensation based on your experience level and project type.
